| Details: | Design and construct of 65 Strata Storage Units in Belmont, Perth - Western Australia. Rodger Giles Builders worked closely with the client seince selecting the site. We provided the concept design, and then proceeded to develop the working drawing and gain approval from Local Councils. The site is set amongst mixed use residential and light commercial. Special consideration was given to the building finishes so the development will be fit with the neighborhood. |
